JOB DESCRIPTION


Product Engineer is responsible for the analysis of methods, develop processes, prepare tools and follow systems setup required for the company’s manufacturing and fabrication activities. Ensure the Production line operates continuously, minimizing downtime and achieving good yield in production.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain manufacturing process document, such as Method Sheet - a clear instruction to assist operators, Daily Check Sheet – a checklist to ensure equipment is setup correctly, or machine is in good condition.

  • Create Instruction document to instruct operators do some rework activities, or specific ones.

  • Provide alternative solutions to problems, coordinates the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECO).

  • Provide analysis of plant and workstation layouts for determination of proper method or tools, including job cost analysis and cost reduction improv...
