Duties & Responsibilities

1. Ensure quality and yield levels in production
2. Plan, budget, design, and manage the production facility
3. Contribute technically to contract reviews and new product introductions
4. Oversee process optimization and compliance with FRBs and FRACAS
5. Manage risk through process FMEA and issue resolution
6. New product introduction

Skills & Experience

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment within the electronic industry
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in electronic industry production
3. Skills in budgeting, process optimization, data management, and Industry 4.0 exposure
