Job Description
Production Engineer /5 days /Up to $4,000 - $4,800 @Tuas
- Manage, coordinate, delegation and scheduling of all incoming jobs and ensure timely delivery.
- Understand requirements of all manufacturing, servicing and improvement project.
- Manage from start to completion of projec by working with stakeholders to resolve issues.
- Manage workshop loadings, direct labour hours, overtime, rework, scrap, deliveries, downtime etc.
- Organize weekly production meeting to provide status update to all relevant departments.
- Assist formulate shop floor production plans and optimize production hours.
- Identify competency of production staffs and assign suitable work tasks.
- Manage grievances arising and motivate employees to boost their morale.
- Work with departments to develop, implement and conduct training to enhance competency.
