- Propose optimized casting sequences, plant layout adjustments, and process improvements.
- Recommend innovations in concrete mix design, curing methods, or material handling to improve efficiency.
- Collaborate with mould and reinforcement teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
- Monitor trial implementations of proposed processes and evaluate outcomes.
