Responsibilities:
Process optimization: analyze and improve manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
Quality assurance: ensure that products meet quality standards by developing and enforcing quality control procedures.
Troubleshooting and Problem-solving: diagnose production issues and implement corrective actions to resolve problems quickly.
Documentation and Reporting: maintain detailed documentation of production processes, including operational risk assessment, SOP, processing parameters etc., provide KPI reporting monthly.
Safety compliance: develop and enforece safety guidelines and protocols to minimize risks and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
