About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and driven Production Engineer  to join our team. Reporting to the Engineering and Technical Manager, you’ll take ownership of manufacturing processes and project-level engineering requirements, ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. 
This role is ideal for a Mechanical Engineering graduate with strong industrial knowledge and hands‑on production experience. 
Key Responsibilities Support and optimise production processes for monopiles, industrial machinery, and related products 
Produce accurate 3D models and 2D technical drawings using SolidWorks
