Production Engineering Manager (Moulding)

This position is in charge of ensuring the compliance of the area with the different legal and quality requirements, as well as being the driver of the Continuous Improvement in the area.
This position is also the link between Engineering and Production, ensuring a smooth transfer of the projects and the accurate implementation in the shopfloor.
**What your day will look like**:
- Follow up and handover of the projects that involve moulding production.
- Collaboration to improvements projects ensuring LEGO Continuous Improvement (LCI).
- Ensure requirements of IMS are met and follow up of global and local audits.
- Analysis and follow up of external claims (QIS).
- Responsible of LCI Assessments in Molding Production.
- Analysis opportunities areas to improve equipments and processes.
- Interaction and support in production systems.
- Revision of Ergonomic issues and follow up of safety incidents.
