We are representing our client, a well-established manufacturing company in Klang. As their expansion, they are currently hiring for a Production Executive .
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Production Execution
- Execute production plans according to schedule
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Monitor production output, downtime, and quality issues
Risk Identification & Escalation
- Identify production risks early and elevate promptly
- Prevent issues from turning into failures
- Ensure accurate reporting of production performance
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with maintenance, QA, warehouse and sales teams
- Coordinate handovers between shifts
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
