The company works with plastic and/or metal related products. It is a large company with approximately 50-150 employees at this location.
In this position you will support the manager in managing production employees and organizing production. This position is mainly focused on the organization of the work.
Gevraagd wordt:
The following is required:
consulting the production planning
optimal allocation of available people
monitoring the implementation
calling in a maintenance engineer in the event of machine malfunctions
reporting special deviations
providing assessment forms
giving instructions
checking the quantity and quality
conducting assessment and performance reviews.
In this position you carry many more responsibilities.
