You will lead a team of shift leaders and operators, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency are always top priorities. This role combines hands-on problem-solving with leadership and resource planning.
Leading and motivating your team by giving clear direction, coaching shift leaders and operators, and creating a positive and productive work atmosphere. 
Solving operational issues as first-line support for technical or organizational problems such as machine breakdowns, manpower shortages, or delays, and escalating when necessary.
