Production Machinery Sr. Maintenance Mechanic

**Description:** Determines methods and sequences of operations, and maintains, repairs, services, modifies, and installs all types of machine tools and fabrication machines, such as NC, CNC, DNC machines, robots, or other equipment. Employing multiple types of advanced and/or conventional control systems where it is required to work to exacting tolerances by exercising a complete knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and component functions, machine and component rebuilding and modification theory, techniques and practices, and hydraulics as related to the isolation of servo-control and mechanical drive system malfunctions. Troubleshoots integrally related mechanical and hydraulic drive, control, and traversing systems to isolate malfunctions. Disassembles, repairs, or replaces defective parts, and makes exacting coordinated adjustments as necessary to maintain electronic-hydraulic control sensitivity requirements and overall machine efficiency.
