Production Manager, 2nd Shift

The Production Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations and staff within a designated department.

Hours: 4pm-3am with ability to flex due to business needs.

Functions of the Position:

• Manage and supervise production lines, personnel, and facility operations. Ensure employee productivity, facility safety, and proper maintenance activities in collaboration with other managers and supervisors. Ensure adherence to SQF Code requirements.
• Execute and oversee production schedules to meet operational goals.
• Directly supervise, train, develop, and evaluate production supervisors and line personnel.
• Monitor and maintain production standards related to efficiency, material waste, and product quality.
