Your new role

As Production Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the workshop, leading a team of approximately 20. You will be tasked with ensuring production targets are consistently met while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
A key focus of this role will be supporting the business in the implementation and optimisation of a new MRP system, helping to streamline production planning, improve visibility, and enhance overall operational performance.
