Annual Salary: €64,600 - €89,800 (depending on experience)
About the Role: 

We are currently looking forward to engaging a Production Manager to overlook and improve manufacturing operations of Johnson Pumps equipment in our Assen location.
As a Production Manager you are:
The link between senior management and your production area employees. Within production you have a machining area, assembly area and paint shop.

Managing daily production activities, people deployment as per delivery plan, process implementation & upgradation, handling the Team in an effective way to ensure that the manufacturing production lines run smoothly delivering the KPI’s.

Responsible for generating a consistently suitable output of products that meet quality and efficiency standards.
