Job Overview

To plan, co‑ordinate and deliver technical facilities for live, virtual and hybrid event projects during pre‑production, production and post‑production, including conferences, meetings, launches, webcasts, roadshows, exhibitions, brand activations and stakeholder events. Projects are delivered globally and across the UK – travel is part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of technical collateral for pitches/proposals and specification of technical solutions for new projects.
• Liaison with client services and production teams to ensure cohesion.
• Technical specification of appropriate staging, technology, and digital solutions for projects.
• Budget management for technical production costs using Procim system.
