Bachelor Full-time
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities
Ensure production targets and deadlines are consistently met
Monitor product quality and enforce quality control standards
Train, guide, and evaluate workers’ performance
Prepare production reports and track performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least 3–5 years in supervisory role in manufacturing industry
Benefits
Salary Range: 22,000 – 25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday - 7am to 5pm
Friday – 7am to 4pm
Saturday – 7am to 11am
