Responsibilities

:

  • Operations Leadership: Oversee all daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets (KPIs) for quality, cost, and on-time delivery are consistently met.

  • Team Management

  • Process Optimisation: Analyse existing manufacturing processes; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and implement robust improvements Lean, Six Sigma) to streamline operations and scale capacity.
