- Production: Plant citrus, schedule irrigation, apply fertilizer, pest, plague and weed control, prune, harvest, monitoring, all manipulations.
- Personnel and administration: Labor planning and management, recordkeeping, plan transport and accommodation, maintenance (equipment/ orchards / general).
- Financial: Cost control by focusing on productivity
- Applicants should be post-matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in agriculture. with at least 4 years' experience in the cultivation of citrus
- Knowledge of modem production practices
- Specific knowledge/ experience in irrigation practices will be to your advantage
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Especially Excel)
