About the Role

hands-on, skilled Production Head to lead the bakery production teams across selected branches in Visayas and Mindanao. This role is ideal for someone who knows how to bake, loves to innovate , and is ready to take charge of quality, product consistency, and new product development.

• Personally engage in baking and hands-on product creation

• Develop and improve traditional Filipino breads and pastries (e.g., ensaymada, pan de sal, hopia)

• Introduce new baked product lines that align with market trends and customer preferences

• Manage and train Bakery Technicians on recipe execution and quality standards

• Coordinate with procurement for raw material quality and inventory

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation protocols
