ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Production Manager at Eventscape you will:Oversee all production and installation departments to ensure optimal performance
Coach and support team leaders, driving their growth and development
Manage relationships with stakeholders including vendors and suppliers
Determine resource requirements based on project specifications, conducting thorough research and analysis.
Forecast production needs and plan for short and long term objectives
Collaborate with internal teams to meet project deadlines and uphold quality standards
Implement quality control measures and strategic risk mitigation throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain fiscal responsibility for purchases related to production and installation
