Our client in the FMCG Industry is looking to hire a Production Manager.
Duties
- Taking charge of the production department within the factory
- Producing high quality products for our customers
- Understanding and improving production processes within the department
- Forward planning and general admin
- Staff management and optimal productivity and efficiency
- Achieving and improving on set production targets
- Daily stock taking, stock rotation and management of electronic stock system.
- Occupational Health and Safety, Food Safety and HACCP
- All areas of responsibility must be always neat and clean.
- Prepare for various monthly and annual audits.
- Cost control management to comply with departmental budget.
- Daily report back to senior manager and weekly/monthly formal reports
- Follow maintenance schedules, some physical maintenance work to be conducted....
