Job Description

Essential Functions


  • Provide day-to-day leadership of production operations to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing performance.

  • Lead supervisors, team leaders, and salaried staff to meet or exceed key performance indicators including safety, quality, scrap, uptime, throughput, and labour efficiency.

  • Promote and maintain a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, communication, teamwork, and respect.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

  • Coordinate staffing, scheduling, training, and labour utilization to meet operational requirements across multiple shifts.

  • Partner with Human Resources on employee relations matters including attendance, discipline, investigations, engagement, and talent development.
