Job Role: Production Manager in Omagh. We are seeking an experienced and driven Production Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our production teams and manufacturing processes. Key Responsibilities

Production & Operations

• Lead and optimise production processes across multiple teams and facilities
• Plan and deliver production schedules (daily to annual)
• Manage materials, supply chain, and equipment procurement/maintenance
• Drive productivity, efficiency, and cost control while maintaining quality
• Coordinate resources to meet project deadlines and client specifications
• Identify and implement process improvements and production systems (e.g. MRP)
• Oversee facility improvements and production layout planning
