Production schedules are planned and executed in line with demand while minimizing
costs.
Coordinate with logistics to ensure deliveries are done on time at the correct temperatures.
Deliverables are consistently met in terms of output, quality and timelines.
Workflow efficiencies are identified and implemented.
Ensure delivery of food to customers is planned accordingly and optimal.
Production costs are monitored and controlled within budget.
Waste is minimised through effective management of materials and processes.
Opportunities for cost savings are identified and implemented.
Raw materials and finished goods are managed effectively to prevent shortages or
overstocking.
Stock controls and reconciliations are accurate and timely
Recipes are maintained and always updated on the system
Stock variances is investigated immediately
Full compliance with ISO 22000, HACCP and food safety standards is maintained.
