Job Description

Production Manager 
As a Production Manager you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all manufacturing operations related to automotive cable and wiring system production. This role ensures efficient production planning, high-quality output, cost control, and compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., IATF 16949), while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
In your daily job you will:
Plan and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules aligned with customer demand
Ensure on-time delivery and monitor production KPIs, adjusting resources as needed
Optimize manufacturing processes to improve productivity and reduce scrap and downtime
Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S)
Ensure compliance with quality standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001) and reduce defects
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions (8D methodology)
