 Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful manufacturing business in South Yorkshire to recruit a Production Manager to join their team. 
 Our client is looking for an ambitious and driven Production Manager with excellent communication, analytical, planning, and organisational skills. 
 Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Production Manager will be responsible for a small team of Production Operatives within a busy technical manufacturing environment.
 Responsibilities of the Production Manager role will include: 
 Performance Management including implementing and driving KPIs
 Identify any training or development needs within the team and action appropriately
 Manage operational budgets for the department and deliver continuous improvement (including CapEx) projects
 Ensure product stocks are accurate to facilitate the delivery of the production schedule
