Production Manager  The Production Manager is responsible for leading and optimizing all production operations within a precision engineering environment specializing in CNC milling, turning, and autolathe machining. The role drives operational excellence by ensuring high productivity, consistent quality, cost efficiency, and compliance with regulatory standards. 
1. Key Responsibilities  A. Production Operations Management  Oversee daily production activities across CNC milling, CNC turning, and autolathe sections 
Plan and execute production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer requirements 
Ensure optimal machine utilization, manpower deployment, and workflow efficiency 
Monitor KPIs such as output, OEE, cycle time, scrap rate, and on-time delivery
