**Responsibilities**:
The Scheduler will:
- Work collaboratively with Senior Team Scheduler, Sales Support, Resource Managers and PM's to ensure all projects are staffed through skills level and resources are appropriately licensed
- Anticipate licensing needs for upcoming projects
- Provide training for new functionality with Operational tools
- Ensure projects are properly base lined
- Monitor utilization/allocation metrics
- Work with Resource Managers to plan training
- Manage Change Request process for Resource requests
- Provide Management a Portfolio Management view into strategic scheduling
- Manage Resource Skills database and support skill leveling with scheduling
- Assist with Regional Reporting as needed
- Help alleviate churn of rescheduling and find ways to improve tactical scheduling.
