We are looking for a Production Operations Lead for our Creative Agency client in BGC, Taguig. Salary: up to 230k. Schedule: Mon-Fri. Shift: Dayshift, Midshift. Set-up: Hybrid.
The Role
The Operations Lead manages large engagements and is responsible for overall satisfaction, quality of service, and on-time, on-budget completion of deliverables across a large portfolio. They partner with client services and other internal/external stakeholders in a highly matrixed environment. They lead by example, and impart a streamlined, rigorous yet flexible process, ensuring rigor in proper project scoping, staffing, and pricing. They have a passion for operations, and efficiency and are creative in their solutions.
