Job Purpose
To operate machinery and mobile equipment safely and efficiently within the hammermill area, ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining quality standards, and supporting general site operations.
Key Responsibilities
Mobile Plant Operation
- Forklift Truck:
- Empty bins as required
- Refill fuel bowser
- Telehandler:
- Load the hammermill
- Push up and manage stick piles
- Clear waste from the factory floor
- Shunter Vehicle:
- Empty metal skips
- Collect and transport stick frames
Manual & Operational Tasks
- Remove non-conforming materials from stick piles
