Location: Spondon, England | Sector: Manufacturing & Production | Pay: £14.59 per hour (increasing to £17.17 after 12 weeks)

Working Hours

• Rotating shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, 1:00 PM – 9:30 PM
• Working any 5 days out of 7
• Weekend shifts: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and granulation equipment
• Support material movement and forklift operations
• Ensure correct labelling and product compliance
• Inspect finished goods before dispatch
• Maintain 5S housekeeping standards
• Monitor materials and stock levels
• Maintain records/logs
• Follow HSE procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet targets

Skills and Experience

• FLT Counterbalance Licence desirable
