What’s the role and what are we looking for?
We are looking for a Production Operative to work permanent nights, 39 hours per week Sunday to Thursday morning (times below inclusive of shift handover) on our state-of-the-art Manufacturing line. You will receive a competitive salary of £13.21 per hour + 35% night shift allowance = £36,166
Current Shift pattern
Sunday 22:45 – 06:00.
Monday – Wednesday 21:45 - 06:00.
Your responsibilities as a Production Operative will include running our production processes efficiently, ensuring safety, quality, quantity, cost, and time all meet operational standards, reducing waste and down time and supporting the development and improvement of all production processes.
Key Skills;
Experience of working within a fast paced production environment
A sound understanding of Health and Safety practices
A methodical approach to product quality and machinery care
