Role: Production Operative
Hours: 8.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Location: Outskirts of Horsham – due to their location you must have access to your own reliable transport
Our client is a growing manufacturing business seeking reliable and motivated Production Operatives to join their production team on a temp-to-perm basis. Working within a busy production environment, you will assist with the assembly, preparation, inspection, and testing of products while ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency are maintained.
Key Responsibilities
* Assembling components using hand tools and production equipment.
* Preparing materials and parts for production processes.
* Conducting quality checks and inspections.
* Following production schedules and work instructions.
