Job Description
To work as a team member under the supervision of a team leader or manager, carrying out tasks as required in compliance with IPS Adhesives EHS and Quality Standards. You will play a key role in maintaining key metrics such as right first time, on time in full performance, and minimizing customer complaints.
Your role as a factory operator includes:
- Assessing tasks for risks and implementing control measures
- Staging materials prior to batch production
