Qualifications
- Graduate of any technical degree in Electronics, TESDA-accredited programs, or a related vocational course
- Knowledgeable in machine operations
- Skilled in troubleshooting machines, data coders, traversing units, and other on-site equipment
- Familiarity with production procedures and protocols
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Computer-literate with a strong technical inclination
- Willing to undergo 3 months of training
- Able to shift schedules and work overtime
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to be assigned in different areas: (South Luzon, North Luzon, VisMin)
