The Production (Packaging) Engineer is responsible for all activities within the Packaging Department, including:
Following the daily/weekly production plan and managing the team accordingly
Ensuring that production output meets KPIs in terms of quality, quantity, and loss
Developing and implementing plans to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
Monitoring and analyzing detailed daily/weekly/monthly production records and loss reports
Supporting continuous improvement activities
