Production Planner

JOB PURPOSE Delivering a Production Plan to the business. Pro-actively pursue all issues that prevent effective and efficient Scheduling of Production with a customer 1 st bias. Offer support and Training to Coordinator. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES Preparing Daily/Forward plan to accommodate our customers requirements within the production capabilities. Analyse work orders for completeness of materials and resources based on customers orders. Lead daily production meetings. Highlighting gall upcoming issues and resolving were necessary. Help training within the department. Ensure a good working relationship with all departments Record and publish daily/weekly daily KPI, WIP and Backlog. Report weekly/monthly KPI. Liaising with managers to ensure that plans are correct to maximise efficiencies. Produce reports for Plant Manager Stocks Values, etc. Work occasional weekends, primarily during peak periods and Customer Launch cycles. Build good working and Communication relationships with oth...
