Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Scheduling & Sequencing: Create daily/shift schedules per line, honoring, changeover matrices, labor, QA, and maintenance windows.
- Shopfloor Coordination: Issue work orders, confirm actuals, manage deviations and re-sequencing within 1 week frozen fence.
- Materials Readiness: Verify component availability (MRP exceptions in IFS); escalate shortages.
- Changeover Optimization: Sequence SKUs to minimize time/waste (size/design/material families).
- Execution & Reporting: Track plan vs actual, downtime reasons, replan frequency; update confirmations accurately.
- Continuous Improvement: Propose run-rule updates (cycle times, changeover standards), support SMED and schedule stability.
