This is a key leadership role within a fast‑paced food manufacturing environment, with responsibility for driving shift performance, efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.
Role Overview
Reporting into the site leadership team, the Production Shift Manager will take full ownership of shift performance across production lines, with a strong focus on cost control, output, quality, health & safety, and continuous improvement. The role plays a critical part in delivering operational targets while embedding standardised ways of working and driving performance beyond baseline expectations.
