Production Shift Supervisor - Day shift

Marvin Composites is hiring a Shift Supervisor at our Fargo, ND location. In this role you'll lead a production shift within our manufacturing plant and help build a culture grounded in safety, accountability, and results. You'll create an environment where associates are developed and supported while ensuring operations run efficiently and stay on schedule.

This is a hands-on leadership position where you'll stay connected to the production floor, coaching associates, assigning work, and adjusting priorities as needs change. Success comes from building a strong team and delivering results across key metrics such as quality, productivity, and retention.
