Hours: Full-time, four on four off (Days)
We are seeking an effective and hands-on Production Team Lead to support a food manufacturing operation in South Lanarkshire. You will play a key role in leading a production team, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality output in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

The Production Team Lead is responsible for supporting daily production performance, maintaining standards, and leading a motivated team.
