About the Role
Wolters Kluwer is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Specialist to join its Publishing division. In this role, you will support the end-to-end production workflow of scholarly articles, from author submission through to final publication in journal issues.
You will collaborate closely with authors, editors, and external vendors to ensure content is processed efficiently, adheres to quality standards, and is published on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support the production workflow for author-submitted articles.
Coordinate with external vendors for typesetting, proofing, and other production services.
Liaise with authors and editors to resolve queries and ensure smooth progression of manuscripts.
Track articles through various production stages to ensure timely publication in scheduled issues.
