Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of candy and confectionery products
- Operate basic machinery and equipment (with proper training)
- Pack, label, and organize finished products
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the production area
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Assist in inventory and stock monitoring
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- At least High School Graduate
- With or without experience (experience in factory/production is an advantage)
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment
- Can follow instructions and work with minimal supervision
- Hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Navotas City
