Production Supervisor

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Production supervisor.
**What you'll do**:PRIMARY FUNCTION:1) Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations in a safe work environment.2) Establish and maintain a positive employee relation environment through adherence to Eaton ́s values, ethics and Philosophy.3) Clearly communicates expectations and consistently holds self and employees accountable for performance.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1) Implement, promote and maintain a safe working environment, through diligence in accident prevention, investigation, equipment maintenance and rule enforcement.Participate and encourage the participation of his direct reports in safety coaching and feedback through BBS.Provide EHS training (100% completion).
