Production Supervisor

As a Production Supervisor you will lead the work group for the correct performance of the activities, following the guidelines or procedures established in quality and productivity in our Querétaro Plant.You will report directly to the Production Coordinator!
LI-OnSite**Main Responsibilities**- You will lead the work team.
- Oversee the daily activities to ensure that volume, cost and quality standards are met.
- You will coordinate personnel work schedules.
- Verify the correct operation of the production line and process.
- Ensure compliance with production schedule generated based on customer requirements.
- Manage data and perform personnel movements in Workday.
- You will report productivity, efficiency, metrics, downtime, data capture (shift report, shift production, attendance tracking) and tracking of materials in internal MITS system.
