Qualifications

  • Graduate of any Engineering courses or Food Technology
  • With 2 years of experience in food manufacturing set-up
  • With experience in supervisory positions.
  • With background in GMP, Food Safety & Quality Management and leadership related trainings.

Job summary

  • Prepare and implement Production Schedule. Plan, organize and control production process to achieve right, safe and on-time production.
  • Prepares and participates in the internal and external audit.
  • Ensures conformity of the section to established WI, GL and HACCP plans.
  • Ensures quality and food safety.
