To ensure the manufacturing process remains smooth and efficient by organizing workflows and monitoring production personnel.
- Supervision of production workers and production process
- Monitors the performance of the production and production workers
- Maintains the cleanliness and order on the production floor
- Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training and development, and healthy, safety and welfare of your team
- Responsible for ensuring that the quality of product and service within the warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customers
