Production Supervisor

We have a current opening for a Production Supervisor/ Maintenance Shift Support – Cocoa and are actively reviewing applications.

The Production Shift Supervisor/ Maintenance Shift Support is responsible for coordinating production activities during the shift to ensure safe, efficient, and high quality execution of operations. The role ensures the availability and effective use of people, materials, and equipment, in line with production plans and UGP Manager guidelines.

When the Day Shift Maintenance Supervisor is not present, the role provides operational maintenance oversight, coordinating planned and unplanned interventions to support equipment reliability and plant continuity.

Schedule

12 hour Continental Shift , alternating bi-weekly between Day Shift (7am-7pm) and Night shift (7pm-7am)
