Job Description

• Over-all in-charge in monitoring of production area.
• Plans, coordinates activities relative to the preparation of schedules and materials needed in production.
• Monitor the production output versus the standard capacity per each item to make production plan.
• Allocate manpower resources, raw materials and assigned equipment to cover delivery schedule.
• Assign line workers in their tasks, monitor operations and meet production schedules and quantity.
• Plans daily output per item in relation to shipment schedule.
• Check status of machines and equipment.
• Implements a high level of discipline among subordinates.
• Monitors and evaluates worker's productivity performance.
• Ensures proper adherence of standard procedure and good housekeeping.
