Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plans & organizes the daily operations of Food and Ingredients Preparation (Non Meat)
  • Assisting the Production Manager in planning, organization, and coordination of the daily operations of the line with its external suppliers and internal customers
  • Effectivity lead the Food Ingredients Preparation (Non Meat) and ensuring the availability of properly prepared Food Ingredients for production use
  • Ensures proper implementation of work plans according to safety, cost, quality & quantity specifications.
  • Ensuring proper implementation of Food Safety System (GMP, SOP, HACCP, and Process Control)

Qualifications

  • Candidate must be a graduate of any of the following courses: BS in Food Technology, BS in Chemical Engineering or BS in Industrial Engineering or any related course
  • With at least 2 to 3 years of work experience in a food manufacturing company (preferred)
